Ingredients

  • 1 16oz Yams
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 2 cups Mini marshmellows

Cooking Instructions

Prepare a casserole dish with spray oil. Preheat over to 425 degrees.

Drain water off yams and put in dish & lightly mash leaving small chunks.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans and dabs of butter then cover with marshmellows and put in over uncovered. Bake until bubbly and marshmellows are brown.
