Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 1/3 c Brown Sugar
  • 1 t Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 1/2 c Miniature Marshmallows

Cooking Instructions

Peel your sweet potatoes then wash and boil covered until fork tender, about 20 minutes.

Mash them up with a fork and add your butter until it melts. Next add your brown sugar, vanilla and milk and mix well. Top with marshmallows and bake until browned on top.
