Caramelized Peaches

Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 peaches pitted and halved
  • 2/3 cup (packed) golden brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 500°F. Line a heavy large baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with nonstick spray. Place the peaches skin side down and side by side in the center of the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle the brown sugar over the peaches. Roast for 25 minutes basting once with the melted brown sugar or until the sugar caramelizes and the peaches are golden and slightly softened.
