Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Self-Rising Cornmeal
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Cups Creamstyle Corn
  • 1 Cup Oil

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375

Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish (9x11.5 is okay just lenghthen cook time)

Mix all ingredients

Bake 45 minutes or until done

Recipe Notes

I named it after myself because it's one of 2 things I can cook so it's the only chance I have for recipe immortality It's sweet, hence the corncake reference.

Wow!

Served it with chili but then my mom heated it up with coffee the next morning. She called it her 'sweet'. This is really good and very simple. Highly recommend!
