Heat butter in a pan. Add the grated carrot into it and saute for about 5mins.
Add milk into it cover it with a lid and let it boil till the carrot becomes soft. Keep the Gas on low Flame.(about 15mins)
Add condensed milk. Put the gas on higher Flame now. Keep Stirring the Mixture till it starts leaving oil. Then add the Cardamon powder mix well and remove this pudding in a serving bowl.
Saute the dry friuts(cashew almond Pistachio) in butter till light brown. and Garnish the pudding with it.

Measurement conversionsAppx. 30 grams (gm) equals 1 ounce
500 gm carrots = about 2 cups
250 ml condensed milk = about 1 cup
15 ml milk = 1 tablespoon
10 gm nuts = 2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon = 5 milliliters (ml)
1 tablespoon = 15 ml
1/2 cup = 118 ml
1 cup = 237 ml |
