Catfish Cajun Style

Ingredients

  • 4 4-oz catfish fillets
  • 1 tblsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tsp cajun seasoning

Cooking Instructions

Brush both sides of fillets with leamon juice, and sprinkle with Cajun Seasoning.

Place fish on a broiler pan, coated with cooking spray, and broil for 5-8 min on each side
