Cauliflower Pakoras

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower (broken into big florets)
  • 4 tbs Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbs Gram flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water

Cooking Instructions

1) Wash the cauliflower and put the florets in a sieve so the water dries out.

2) Mix corn flour, black pepper powder, water, eggs, salt, gram flour and sugar in a bowl.

3) Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan.

4) Take one floret at a time, dip into the mixture and fry till golden brown.

5) The pakoras are ready, sprinkle some coriander or parsley leaves and serve with a sauce of your choice.
