Cheddar Ginger Sauce (For Cauliflower)..

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 11/2 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 Cup Half & Half
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon-Style Mustard
  • 1/2 Pound Grated Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cauliflower Head, Cooked

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter, Add flour and stir.

Add Ginger,Garlic and onion and stir briefly.

Slowley add half & half' stirring constantly.

Add mustard and cheese. Stir until melted and hot.

Serve over cooked cauliflower.
