Cheese Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 # unsliced loaf french bread
  • 2 T. butter or margarine (soft)
  • 1/2 t. italian seasoning
  • 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

Slice bread lengthwise; place cut side up on baking sheet.

Spread butter on cut surfaces; sprinkle with half of the italian seasoning. Top with cheeses and remaining italian seasoning.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
