Brown beef, chopped green pepper, and onion in skillet then drain, salt and pepper to taste and set aside. Cook 2 boxes of macaroni and cheese to completion. Combine beef mixture and macaroni and cheese in large mixing bowl. Stir in Tomato sauce until distributed evenly then place in caserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. or until cheese is melted.
