Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Boxes Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1 bag Shredded Chedar Cheese

Cooking Instructions

Brown beef, chopped green pepper, and onion in skillet then drain, salt and pepper to taste and set aside. Cook 2 boxes of macaroni and cheese to completion. Combine beef mixture and macaroni and cheese in large mixing bowl. Stir in Tomato sauce until distributed evenly then place in caserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. or until cheese is melted.

Loved it.

This was pretty simple and cost less then 8 dollars to make, we also had enough to eat leftovers the next day. We thought it tasted great!

This recipe is extremely easy and fast to make it can even stay covered in the oven to warm for as long as you need. Great dish for a potluck!
