Have butter,cheese and eggs at room temperature. Mix crumbs, brown sugar and butter with hands. Blend well. Press into botton of a 9" or 10" spring pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for m8 minutes.
Cream the cream cheese well. Gradually beat in 3/4 cups of sugar. Then add eggs on at a time, beating well after each one. Add 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp almond.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND INCREASE HEAT TO 500
Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp almond. SPREAD ON CAKE
Return to oven and bake for 5 MINUTES. Cool then chill. REMOVE RIM OF PAN add topping( suggested cherries or other fruit topping) to top and serve
