Cheesy Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Romano Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozarella Cheese
  • 1 Garlic clove - minced
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • Paprika for garnish

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325.

Drain and chop artichoke hearts.

Mix remaining ingredients with artichoke hearts (except paprika).

Pour into greased 1.5 casserole dish.

Dust top of mixture with paprika.

Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.

Serve hot with crackers, bread or tortilla chips.
