1 CUP CANNED CHICK PEAS MASHED
1 EGG
1 CAN TUNA
1/2 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/2 CUP FRESH BREAD CRUMBS (1 SLICE BREAD)
1 SMALL ONION FINELY CHOPPED
1/4 TSP PEPPER
1 TAB OIL
PINCH GARLIC SALT TO TASTE

Cooking Instructions

MIX AND MAKE 4 PATTIES AND FRY IN OIL TILL BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. SERVE ON BUNS WITH LETTUCE AND TOMATO
