Ingredients

  • 1 9" graham crackr crumb crust or baked pastry shell
  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 1 14oz Can of Eagle brand sweetened Condensed Milk not evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 21 oz Can Cherry Pie Filling

Cooking Instructions

In a large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually pour in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in Real Lemon, cherries, and Vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of filling before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

Yummy & Easy to make

This is a pretty quick recipe to whip together and make for a fun together. Everyone loved it!
