Chewy coconut cookies

This was the basic recipe I needed to add my own touches, such as lime juice for a key lime flavor and macadamia nuts for crunch. The cookies were unbelievable!!!!!

delicious cookie

These "Chewy Coconut Cookies" are wonderful! I added chocolate chips and chopped pecans. My husband ate quite a few right out of the oven!
