mix butter and seasonings, pour over mixed cereal and mix together to coat. Pour into large oven proof pan. Bake at 225. Stir every 15 minutes until dry and crisp.
If desired increase by small amounts the sauce mixture to insure a good and tastey finished product!
I remember enjoying this each Christmas time. My mother always made it and she always gave some to her father as a special treat for him. Amber and Alison have adopted this as one of their must have holiday treats!
