Ingredients

  • 1 10" Italian Sausage
  • 1/4 oz Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 oz Onion
  • 1 Slice Provolone cheese
  • 2 oz Bacon
  • 1 each Hoagie Roll
  • 1 oz Butter

Cooking Instructions

Split Sausage in half length wise leaving just enough skin to hold two halves together. Grill til done. When Sausage is 75% done grill onions and green peppers. Split hoagie roll in half, coat with butter and grill till browned. Place bottom of roll on plate, place cooked Italian sausage on bottom of roll. Top with cooked onions and peppers. Then provolone cheese. Melt under salamander untl melted. Top with cooked bacon and top half of roll. Cut in half and serve with fries or potato chips.
