Chicken & Broccoli Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • 16 oz fresh-cut broccoli florets
  • 11/4 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar (15 oz) lemon & cilantro tikka masala cooking sauce

Cooking Instructions

Bring 2 cups water to boil in a large nonstick skillet. Add broccoli, cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain; leave in colander.

Meanwhile cut chicken in 1-in. pieces. Pour cooking sauce into skillet; bring to a simmer. Stir in chicken, cover and, stirring once, simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is done.

Add broccoli to skillet. Heat 1 minute.

Serve with basmati rice, a cucumber and green-leaf salad and lemon wedges.
