  • 1 1.2 lb chicken breasts cut into pieces

Cooking Instructions

1 tbs honey' 3 tbs soy sauce low sodium 2 cloves garlic chopped 1 tsp ginger 1 bunch scallions sliced 8 ounce can water chestnuts 1/4 cup cashews nuts unsalted Combine soy sauce,honeu set aside heat oil in skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper cook till brown about 3-4 minutes.Lower heat stir in garlic and ginger add scallions and cook for one minute.stir in water chestnut and laf soy sauce mixture continue to cook about 4 minutes.Remove stir in nuts. Serve on lettuce.
