  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • /2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • t T canola oil
  • t chili powder
  • 3/4 t ground ginger or T fresh minced ginger
  • /2 t salt
  • /2 t ground cumin

Cooking Instructions

combine first 9 ingredients and pour in ziploc bag with chicken 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator Grill
