Ingredients

  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves , crushed
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)

Cooking Instructions

Spray medium skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 min. Add chicken and cook 10 min. or until browned. Set chicken aside.

Add soup, milk, basil, pepper and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 min. or until chicken is no longer pink.
