Chicken Dijon & Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) Condensed Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. (15 mL) Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 cups (500 mL) fresh (cut-up) or frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups (1 L) hot cooked linguine or spaghetti

Cooking Instructions

HEAT oil at medium-high in large skillet. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned; set aside. Reduce heat to medium.

COMBINE soup, water, mustard and vegetables in skillet. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to low.

ADD chicken. Simmer until chicken and vegetables are cooked through - about 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
