Mix flour salt pepper lemmon pepper and paprika together.in a large bowl..
Mix the 2 eggs and milk in another bowl
Pour the 2 cups of veg. oil in a large pan and begin to heat to around 350 degrees
Dip fileted chicken breasts in egg batter then drudge in flour ingrediants-repeat once more
carefully submerdge in heated oil. cook until golden brown on both sides. Approx. 4 to 6 mins on each side. Watch carefully -don't burn
Remove and let drain on paper towels
Drain most of the oil but save the fried bits of the breading and add to a packaged pepper creame gravy. This is the ultimate comfort food--you will love it!!!!!!

08/15/09 05:19 PM | TRY THIS SCHNITZLE-Style. This is how to make it -Take your boneless chicken breasts & hammer them to about a half inch thick. It's a great way to get your frustrations out.
Then shake them in a bag of Martha White hot rise flour to coat.
Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a non-stick pan & fry on each side for about 4 minutes, just until the coating is crispy & the meat is cooked to the tender-juicy point. Sprinkle very lightly with McCormick hotwing spice powder. Serve. Chef Alfred Schrader |
