Melt butter saute onion, celery, and pepper in large 20 cup pot. Water, chicken, and bay leaves. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium cover pot for one (1) hour. Turn off heat and let set for one (1) hour. Take chicken and bay leaves out. Turn heat back on and add Herb ox chicken both and bring to boil. Add Noodles and Chicken and reduce heat until noodles are tender. Serve hot.
