Ingredients

  • 4 each bone-in chicken breasts
  • 1 box wild rice
  • 2 cans French Cut Green Beans
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 med jar Pimento
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

Cook and debone chicken breasts. Cook wild rice according to directions on box.

While chicken and rice is cooking, mix together remaining ingredients.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix chicken and rice with other ingredients.

Bake in a pyrex dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes heated through and lightly browned on top.
