COOK: CLEAN: Wash hands. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Heat pasta sauce on stove top or in microwave. Toss pasta with three-fourths of sauce to coat thoroughly; spread evenly in a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. Place chicken patties on pasta and drizzle with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheeses to cover entire dish. Bake 15 minutes.
SERVE: Serve with a tossed salad and garlic bread, if desired.
CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
