Chicken Salad with Sage, Cranberries, Almonds

Ingredients

  • 3 cooked chicken breasts, preferably grilled, cubed
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 6 fresh sage leaves, minced or chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

Simply mix everything together, using salt, pepper, and more or less mayo according to taste. Serve on sandwich if you like.
