Wash chicken, pat dry, cut in half for 6pieces. Pound slightly with a mallet. Smear each half breast with 11/2 to 2tsp Pesto. Add Paprika to seasoned flour. Roll chicken up from little end. dredge in flour. Dip in beaten egg, then roll in seasoned crumbs. Place browned breasts halves in small lightly oiled casserole. with 2tbl of the tomato herb sauce. Slice artichokes in half and arrange on chicken. Scatter olives loosely. Bake at 350-30min. Pass extra tomato sauce at table.
