Wash chicken add to 4quart stock pot. Add water at least 1 inch over chicken. Add vegetable.
Bring to boil. Add the spices.
Cook untill chicken fall's apart. Take everything out. Keep stock for soup's and cooking. Or in chicken soup recipe. As follow's.
Add salt and freshly,grounded black pepper.
This is a really great stock, to keep on hand for those really cold night's Just add store bought chicken tender's and noodles and enjoy. Or in every day cooking,You'll love the rich taste.
