Heat oven to 350°F. Spray tortillas on both sides with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange on baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes until crisp.
Mix chicken with taco sauce to moisten. Place on tortillas along with cheese. Return to oven 3 to 4 minutes to heat chicken and melt cheese.
Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with taco sauce.
