Chicken Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 ounces each ) Swanson® Premium Chunk Chicken , drained
  • 2 cups broccoli flowerets
  • 1 cup cherry tomato cut in half
  • 2 medium carrots , sliced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 medium green pepper , cut into 2-inch long strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat Italian salad dressing or 0.75 cup Italian salad dressing

Cooking Instructions

In large bowl toss chicken, broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, pepper and dressing until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 30 min.
