Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Cutlets
  • 1 can Stewed tomatoes and Artichokes in a can
  • dash Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c Liquid from Artichokes
  • dash garlic power or salt
  • 2 TBLS Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

Bread chicken cutlets put chicken into a heated skillet using Olive Oil and juice of the artichokes Cook chicken until brown on one side. Turn chicken and add Stewed tomatoes and artichokes (Slice artichokes ) Salt and pepper to taste Add garlic power or garlic salt as you like. Add fresh parmesan cheese to chicken. You can add more or less as you like Cook in skillet on medium flame for 35 minutes. Check frequently because artichoke juice will evaporate, just add more liquid. Serve with rice or pasta (whole wheat)
