Brown meat and onion in skillet-drain fat-sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
Place half the chilis in
10"x 6"x 1 1/2" baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Top with meat mixture.
Cover with remaining chilis. Combine remaining ingredients-beat until smooth. Pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degree oven 45-50 min.
Cool. Cut into squares.
Good served with a Spanish Sauce or Picante Sauce.
