Chilly Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Kg 1 whole chicken
  • 200 gm chili
  • 1t teaspoon or t Salt
  • 8t teaspoon Dark soya Sauce
  • coriander / mint leaves

Cooking Instructions

Clean & cut the chicken to small or medium pieces. .

Grind the chili or cut them into small bits.

mix the chili & the chicken in a bowl & then transfer to a cooking bowl.

Add salt to taste.

Cook the chicken on a low flame, do not add water or oil.

Do mix the chicken a couple of times & as the water from the chicken starts to reduce add the Soya sauce & cook till dry.

Garnish with coriander / mint leaves.

Recipe Notes

Make sure to remove the fat from the chicken. The soya sauce can be added till the chicken turns dark in color.
