Chinese Baked Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 LBS Pork Ribs Washed and Cut into slices
  • 2 T Hoi sin sauce
  • 3 T Molasses
  • 3 T Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 3 T Vinegar
  • 3 T Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Clove Garlic (Minced)

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cover with foil Bake at 350 for 2 hours

Remove ribs put on cookie sheet. Place in oven and broil on both sides. the juice in the pan to make gravy and pour over cooked noodles.
