In skillet or sauce pan heat drippings. Add flour, stir to mix, about 2-3 min.
Combine soy sauce, brown gravy sauce, salt, pepper, and cold water, mix and add to pan.
Stir in hot water. Stir to incorporate.
Cook until smooth and thickened, 15-20 min..
Makes 2 cups gravy.
Serve with egg foo yong. Garnish with parsley, sliced green onions, and chopped green pepper. (You can also serve this on the side with Chinese Stuffed Peppers) *Brown Gravy Sauce is sold in ethnic food section.
