
In a large salad bowl combine the chicken, lettuce, green onion, celery, nuts, seeds and noodles. Mix all together. Set aside.
To Make Dressing: Put vinegar in a small bowl. Dissolve sugar and salt in vingegar before adding oil. Shake/Beat well.
Add dressing to salad and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!

SubstitutionsI was unable to find peanut oil in my supermarket (I checked the salad oil section and the Asian food section), so I substituted regular salad oil. The salad was very good, but probably would have had more "oomph" with the peanut oil.
A can of Mandrin oranges would have been a nice addition to the salad. I'll try that next time. |
