Mix dressing ingrediants: oils, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame seeds, and stir until well mixed. Set aside. Season thighs with salt pepper and ginger powder. Saute in non stick pan on both sides to sear. Cover reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Chop cabbage into "slaw" and place in a large mixing bowl. Chop green onions and add. Chop chicken into bite sized pieces and add along with orange sections and dressing. Toss with crumbled ramen noodles peanuts and cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
This is a nice salad for a cool and easy dinner. The crunch of the ramen noodles and tang of the dressing are palate pleasers.
