Take flour and seasoned salt and mix
Dredge 2 strips of chicken out of the 2 oz chicken breast and dip in buttermilk
Dredge in seasoned flour and fry for approx 4 min.
Remove and let drip dry
Take your tortilla and get hot on flat top grill or grid iron at 350 degrees.
Remove quickly in like 5 seconds
Place Lettuce Horizontaly on tortilla at 8o'clock to 4 o'clock.
Top with diced tomatoes
Top with Cheddar Cheese
Dice the chicken stips 2-3" thick and place on top of cheese
Take Ranch dressing in blender and blend in the chipotle peppers
Now drizzle over mix in tortilla
Wrap it burrito style cut on bias and serve.
