chipotle tuna salad

Ingredients

  • 2 canned tuna
  • 1 15 1/4 oz canned whole kernel corn/vegetables
  • 1 7 oz canned chipotle peppers
  • 3-4 t mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

open the canned tuna, the whole kernel corn, and the chipotle peppers.

drain the oil from the tuna and the water from the canned vegetables.

placed the tuna, the vegetables and the chipotle peppers in a bowl.

add the 3-4 tsp of mayonnaise to the bowl.

mix everything together and your done with this easy but delicious recipe.

serve with saltine crackers.

Chipotle or Jalapeno?

Made this two ways, with the chipotle and then with jalapeno peppers. I had to cut back on the pepper because my friends mom does not like hot and spicy food. The end results were the jalapanos, they like it more than the chipotles.
