Cooking Instructions

Combine ingrediants in mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Grease and flour a bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. NOTE: this cake is so rich and moist that it doesn't need to be frosted.

Recipe Notes

I first tasted this delectable cake 18 years ago while in training in Oregan. The provider was a good friend and Buddhist Psychologist that had an allergy to eggs. I found this cake to be a little slice of heaven!

A Chocoholics Dream!

I will be forever grateful to my dear friend Betty for introducing me to this eggless cake. Its dark, rich, and moist. Although you can probably substitute sugar free or fat free items, why bother? Indulge and enjoy!
