Preheat oven @ 350 Mix all ingredients except chips & nuts. Beat on medium speed for 10 minutes. After mixing put in 1/2 chips & 1/2 nuts and mix. Place in a greased angel food cake pan or a 10x13 square pan and the add the remaining chips & nuts on top. Bake for 60 minutes. Pan must be completely cooled before removing cake from pan...I would make it the day before you want it. ENJOY!!!
