Ingredients

  • 5 oz unsweetened chocolate chopped
  • 1/3 c mascarpone cheese
  • 2 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 c veg oil
  • 3 lg eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda &salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 c semisweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

325 oven

grease & flour 2 9x5 loaf pans

combine 1 c water & unsweetened choc & melt

cool 2 mins & blend in mascarpone cheese

beat sugar oil eggs & vanilla together, stir in choc cheese mixture

pour into 2 pans

bake 60 mins

cool 5 mins in pan

turn onto rack& cool

choc sauce---

1 c semisweet chips

2/3 heavy cream

1/2 tsp vanilla

put chips in sm bowl

combine cream & vanila over med heat

pour over chips

stir til smooth

pour over slices of cake
