In a blender container, combine skim milk and chocolate milk mix. Cover and process on BLEND for 15 seconds. Add ice cubes one at a time. Re-cover and process on PUREE for 60 seconds or until mixture is thick and ice cubes are processed. Stir in club soda. Pour evenly into 4 tall glasses.
