Chocolate Goldfish Pretzel Clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate pieces (2 cups)
  • 2 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Pretzel Goldfish
  • 1 container (4 ounces) multi-colored nonpareil

Cooking Instructions

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set it aside. Place the chocolate in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate melts. Stir in the crackers to coat.

Scoop up the cracker mixture with a tablespoon and drop onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with the nonpareils. Repeat with the remaining cracker mixture and nonpareils.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the mixture is firm. Store in the refrigerator.

Tip: To wrap for gift-giving, arrange clusters in small candy box lined with colored plastic wrap. Have children decorate the outside of the box with markers, sequins, stickers, etc.
