Chocolate/Peanutbutter Malt Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup unslated butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate malt powder
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups peanutbutter chips

Cooking Instructions

combine dry ingredients in one bowl and combine wet ingredients in another bowl. Add dry to wet gradually until all are combined then add chips. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 9 to 12 minutes (depending on your oven) transfer to cooling rack after baking.

Recipe Notes

I cannot leave a recipe alone. I have a rebellious side and must add something or replace one ingredient for another(usually the expensive ingredient for a cheaper one). Make the cookies your own try cocoa mix,pecans or peanuts.Enjoy!
