  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine tomatoes, basil, oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper just before serving.
