crush or mince garlic and mix with pork and all remaining ingredients thoroughly. Put mixture in a skillet (the addition of fat is unnecessary). Fry over a medium heat until well browned. Separate any chunks of meat with a fork during cooking.
This is great with scrambled eggs!
