Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Flower
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Holy Hill Country Gourmet Raspberry Sauce
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds or pecans

Cooking Instructions

MIX flour, oats and 3/4 cup of the sugar in large bowl; Add butter until mixture resembles crumbs. Set aside 1 cup of crumb mix.

Whip cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and almond extract together.Add remaining egg; mix on low speed just until blended. Pour into crust. Top with Holy Hill Gourmet Raspberry Rum mix.. Sprinkle with reserved 1 cup crumb mixture and almonds. Bake for approximately 1 hour depending on your oven.

Drizzle remaining Holy Hill Gourmet Raspberry Rum sauce on the top of the cake. For a warm dessert, heat for 30 seconds in the microwave. If you want to add ice cream, add 1/4 cup on top of each serving Vanilla ice cream works best.
