  • 1/2 CUP HELLMAN'S MAYO
  • 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
  • 1 TBSP FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TBSP FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 1/2 CUP MINCED ONION
  • 1/4 CUP` MINCED SWEET PICKLE RELISH
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO
  • 1 TSP GARLIC IN A JAR
  • 1/2 TSP SALT

Cooking Instructions

COMBINE THE MAYO, SOUR CREAM, LEMON & LIME JUICE & MIX WELL.

STIR IN THE ONION,PICKLE RELISH, CILANTRO,GARLIC & SALT.

CHILL, COVERED FOR 4 HOURS OR LONGER. SERVE WITH FISH. MAKES 2 1/2 CUPS

I PUT EVERYTHING IN MY MINI CHOPPER. ALSO ADD LOTS OF FRESH GROUND PEPPER,ALSO SOME HOT SAUCE IF YOU LIKE.
